Why am I loosing channels using Luxor TV software?

Hallo Guys!

I have been running TV on my computer without any challenges using the Luxor TV software. Unfortunately, in the past few days I have lost signals in some channels while others are giving terrible pictures and sound. I have tried to run an update on the software with no changes at all. I did not change any settings whatsoever. What could be happening?

Why am I loosing channels using Luxor TV software?

Hi Hannah,

The deteriorating internet tv signal you are receiving might be caused by decreased or internet speed, so maybe you should try calling first you internet provider and tell them your problems, if you are sharing your internet with more than one person in your place through a router then it could also affect your connection. If you are having a good connection from you internet provider and don't share internet, then i suggest re-installing your luxor tv  software.
