I have tried Microsoft Dynamics CRM and found it to be quite effective. I decided to purchase a full version and it also worked well for some time. I tried to modify registry files to create trace files to track any modifications done by MS CRM. This has caused the whole application to fail to work completely and I have no traces to track my way back. What do I have to do to avoid a complete new setup?

Now that you don't want to reinstall the setup you can easily then use the repair option instead of uninstalling and re-installing again. By following the following simple steps:

Click on start on your desktop

Hit the control panel

The dialog box will pop up
-
Go to programs change or uninstall
-
Click on the Microsoft dynamic CRM application and right click
-
change or uninstall pops up
-
Click on repair
-
And follow the onscreen instruction
-
Once done click on finish.
Incase the problem is not on the Microsoft dynamic CRM files but on the databases you have created then you will need to re-create the databases
