Why the rack 003 firmwares update mac firewire unsuccessful for laptops? There may be a version problem or driver failure!

003 firmware update Mac firewire failed

Hi,

Rack 003 firmware is not compatible on all mac operating systems. It just supports a few versions. So before you try to update it, check whether it is compatible on your system or not. If it is not compatible then you will not be able to update it on your system. The problem may be due to compatibility or driver error.

Try the following:

1. Check the compatibility of rack 003 firmware with that of your system. If it is not compatible then there is nothing much you can do about it. But if it is compatible, reinstall it and then try to update.
2. Check for any driver errors or any missing drivers. If there is a missing driver then download it and install it on your system before you try to update.

This should solve your problem.
