Is there a tested multiplatform personal diary application?

Hallo people!

I keep working with different computers running different operating systems in the course of my duty. I have a personal digital diary which I keep and update on a regular basis. The difficulty I find is that there are times I am not able to access it on a particular computer because it is running Linux Operating System. Is there a multiplatform personal diary that can work at least on the major operating systems? Thanks.
