Paragon oder acronis 2011-your opinion?

I used acronis 2010 on my pc, and I would like to get 2011 version upgrade. But friend has advised me paragon free software. Does paid software mean better one as I have thought? So, paragon or acronis 2011, please experts, could you compare?

Hi Joby,

Software paid for are better than free wares. Some freeware expire after a while and become obsolete. If a problem occur you can't complain about it. Whereas if you paid for a software, you can complain about it. Paid for software are also guaranteed to work better than free wares because you paid to get it.

Paragon oder acronis 2011-your opinion?

Paragon’s free products like the Partition Manager, Backup and Recovery, and Rescue Kit are only good for non-commercial use. Since they are freely downloadable, this does not guarantee a full committed service. You will still have to pay if you want to avail of the full package and tools for backing up your important files.

If you already have Acronis full version, I suggest that you stick with it and have it upgraded. It is much better to have what you already know how to use than take a risk with another software that you have no idea how to work with.
