Hello,

The first thing you need to become an expert web developer is an understanding of the web page designing software and css, html. php, javascript, joomla, and flash. After learning those you need to understand domains and hosting. Lastly you need to understand web parking.

Actually parking means hosting. You can use the same domain site for your web hosting. There are many parking sites on the internet. You can use www.godaddy.com as your domain site. You can also host your site from it. But there are many developers who sell domains. You can also buy from them.
