If 9.1 v toad compatible 11g oracle?

Could you say please, if toad compatible 11 g oracle (toad v 9.1)? I had no problems with 10.20.0.3 oracle, but trial to use 11 g server to connect gave message “invalid username/password”. Same time it provides connection in SQL plus from 10 g client to 11 g server. Any ideas?

Though this might not be addressing  your question directly, you will need to look at ODAC Oracle Data Access Components. This is a .NET library that you can utilize to access the database.
