I had installed a windows 7 in my computer, but sad to say that it does not have a Microsoft Office program, should I download Microsoft Office, or I just need to replace it with the lower version of windows such as windows XP?
Windows 7 without Microsoft office software.
Hello there Buddy!
MS Office is not free; even if you download the software from Microsoft it is only a free trial, 30 days at best. And reverting back to WIN XP will not solve the problem, you will still install MS Office on XP same as your current OS. If downloading the free trial is ok with you then do so without reverting back to XP, but if you need the software permanently then you have to buy it.
Hope this clears the thought that when you change and go back to its lower version like XP, MS Office will be there, it won’t
Good Luck!

HiÂ

Microsoft Office is not free application software. You have to buy it from Microsoft. If you download the software you will get only 30 day trial version. Nothing will change if you install any lower version of Windows like Xp. If you want to use Ms Office permanently you have to buy the software.
There is another way that you can use free application software for your work instead of Ms Office. It almost can do all the work of Ms Office. It is called Open Office. You can download and use this software for free because it is open source software. But remember it is not Ms Office. Open office is compatible with Windows so you will have no problem to use.
If you are interested in using open office you can download it from www.openoffice.org
Best of luck
