How do I configure ASRock IES?

Hi.  I have a desktop that has the ASRock X79 Extreme 3 Motherboard with the LGA 2011 socket for Intel Core i7 processor, DDR3, Advanced 5 + 1 Power Phase Design and a CMOS switch with LED.  How do I configure ASRock IES to drop my system power consumption?

How do I configure ASRock IES?

Hello,

I have read your question about undervolting ( lowering the voltage) your motherboard, you could use the axtu (asrock extreme tuning utility)

Download ASRock Extreme Tuning Utility 0.1.301

Use the software and manipulate the voltage to find the lowest most stable voltage to run your rig.
