Software to detect corrupt archive Mac OS

 

You can use UnRarX to check for corrupted archives on your Mac.

Go to http://www.unrarx.com/ and download the software. Then run UnRarX.app, click Browse, and then select the RAR files you want to check whether it is corrupted or not. Then, click Test, and it will show you which archive is corrupted and you also can try to restore corrupted or missing archives.

Hi Pam,

You can detect corrupt archive for Mac OS by following the steps mentioned below.

1. Install a good and latest version of anti-virus on your system.

2. Once you have installed the anti-virus, you should run a system scan.

3. It will then present a list of all the corrupt files on your system.

4. You can then take an action about the same.
