Quality reporter command line 3.2 features

Hi,

A lot of new features have been added in the latest version of reporter command line. The following are the new features that are added in the 3.2 version:

1. The user interface has been changed to be more user friendly. The previous interface was a bit confusing for new users, the new interface is user friendly and can be used comfortably by new users too.

2. In the new version you can add rows and columns and assign them values as you want. The width of the rows and columns also can be adjusted as needed. See the screenshot below:

3. The amount of data that can be stored in the board is also increased by a large amount.

4. The new version has a better performance than the previous versions.
