Hi,
You can actually do one thing. Go to the nearest Apple store and buy the IPhone. If your service provider is providing the same iPhone for you then you need to follow these thing. Ask him whether the phone is available without the #G services because when ever you go and buy the mobile they may include the price of those too in it for selling the phone with additional price and state that the 3g service is free. Make sure you ask these questions. Or you can do one more thing like you can actually go to the Apple store and buy the mobile you will get the mobile the exact price which is in the market.
Regards,
Samuel
