Server Error with MCafee SaaS

I have McAfee Security-as-a-Service installed on my 10 Windows Vista PCs. Lately, I cannot update it either automatic or manual updating. It cannot even work and run on a normal state. I cannot do anything with it.

All I can see is a “Runtime Error” that keeps showing. I am thinking that this is a server settings problem. 

The error is shown below.

Please help.

Server Err in '/MC/VS521'Application.Runtime Error Description:An application error occurred on the server the details of the application error from being viewed(for security reason).It could however,be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be available on remote machines please create a <custom error> tag within a "web config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web applications. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Dif"

Server Error with MCafee SaaS

There might be several reasons for the occurrence of the runtime error when you are updating your McAfee antivirus. The most probable one is because of a problem in the network settings on your computer and therefore you will need to check and rectify that.

Other possible causes are:

• Proxy settings have not been configured well in the browser and therefore the online updater is unable to run. You will therefore need to check that and fix it.
• You McAfee antivirus may be corrupt, and therefore you will need to perform a reinstallation of it to fix the bugs that may have developed in that application.
