PHP to PDF online converter not converting

Good day everyone.  I would like to convert a PHP page into a PDF so I could share it.  I'm trying to use Express PDF PHP to PDF online converter.  I'm having an error of "cannot convert file".  What could be the problem?  Thanks.

PHP to PDF online converter not converting

To convert PHP to PDF with Express PDF

·         Go to the Express PDF conversion site. See References.

·         Open a second web browser window.

·         Navigate to the PHP web page that you would like to convert,
          then select the web address at the top of the screen.
          Press "Ctrl + C" to copy it.           

·         Return to the Express PDF page, and click in the text box under the "Enter URL of the web page to
          convert to pdf" wording.
          Press "Ctrl + V" to paste the web address into the box.   

·         Type your email address into the text box under the "Provide your email address" wording.

·         Make any desired changes to the output settings for your PDF file,
          then click the "Convert to pdf"   button at the bottom of the page.

·         Navigate to your email provider's website, and log into your email account.
          Click the email from Express PDF, then download your PDF file.

Zamzar is a free online converting tool that offers free conversion and limited storage for almost any type of conversion ranging from text documents like PDF, doc, PHP picture, video and audio file formats.

To convert your file, go to http://www.zamzar.com/

Choose ‘choose file’ to upload you .php file and give your email address to which the converted pdf will be sent. Files will remain on their server for   hours
