My PC has REloadit PC lock safe mode lock down virus

Help.  I think my desktop is infected with a virus.  I run Avast and it detected the REloadit PC Lock Safe Mode Lock Down virus but it cannot delete it.  I am unable to use the internet even in safe mode.  What should I do?

My PC has REloadit PC lock safe mode lock down virus

Reloadit is a ransomware which frighten innocent PC users to pay money as penalty.  

It is created by Cyberpunk and works like FBI Ultimate Game Card Virus.

This virus can be deleted using a Removal tool like SPY-HUNTER.

Search from Google the word "SPY HUNTER INSTALLER"

You can also remove it manually, here's the step

1.) Restart your PC, Once it started, Hold F8 until Advance Options appear

2.) Choose SAFE MODE WITH COMMAND PROMPT

3.) In the command prompt, type "regedit".  This should open the Registry Editor Window

4.) From the Left panel, expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

5.) Then expand SOFTWARE or double click it to expand

6.) Expand MICROSOFT

7.) Then expand WINDOWS

8.) Double click CURRENT VERSION

9.) Go to WINLOGON

10.) On the right panel, click SHELL.  Its default value is EXPLORER.EXE.  

If the value you see is not "explorer.exe" , double click it then change to "explorer.exe"

Hi Eleni Hughes,

In order for you to remove the virus, you must first go to the computer safe mode state, to do that, start the computer's BIOS operation and then press F8 for a list of available boot setup and choose safe mode, in this case, the virus will not automatically run, this is the time that you can also delete/uninstall the file, you may want to remove it on control panel program features, or you can do a system restore, well, if you think that your computer is worst, back up all your files and do a reformat of your computer, (note: make it the last resort if the solutions won't solve the problem)
