Can someone help me, please?
My problem is that, I tried to install an office program in my PC, but an error message kept on popping out. It says “The installation source for the product is not available".
I don’t know why it is like that when in fact the DVD is inserted in the disk drive.
Hoping someone could give me a response to this.
Thank you.

Why get an error message while installing Office Program in my PC
When you go to the DVD drive and then right click on it and then choose explore, is it able to open or is it bringing an error message?
In the case it cannot be opened then the DVD cannot be detected.
The reason for that will be the DVD itself is corrupt or there might be a problem with the DVD drive, you will therefore need to troubleshoot that.
Try opening the DVD from another computer and see if it will open, and also check if there might be scratches on the DVD that are making it not to be read and then clean it.
If the problem is with the DVD drive you will need to check if the cable may be loose or is disconnected and rectify that.

Lee,
So sad. DVD was not being detected, and I found that it is needs to be cleaned first.
Thanks for that reminder.
I have installed it successfully after cleaning it.
THANKS!
