It suggests downloading latest Avast! virus definitions.

Is it beneficial to my machine?

Please help me giving more information about it.

This is just to remind you of an available update for your Avast! antivirus. Antivirus can be updated automatically when your machine is connected to the internet. The availability of the software's newer version is checked when there is a established connection. And I will suggest you to download and install this update as this contains some added features that can help you protect your system against computer viruses.

Good Day,

You will be downloading a virus definition update from Avast  that will be used for detecting new types of virus. Your machine will benefit on it because your anti virus will detect newer virus that could threaten your machine. You must update your anti-virus and scanned your machine regularly to ensure that there are no virus or malware on your machine.

Hi Donal, 

This message wants to know from you that a new avast version is waiting for you to download. Will you download it or not? If you download it, your avast will be updated into newer version and will give you powerful services. So, why you will not update this. It only can give you merits. So, don't be late and update your virus definition. Thanks.
