The license key for the domain is invalid
Hello,
Let me know whether it is the first time you are trying to log in to Perch.
If you are trying to log in for the first time then give it some time so that your data is included in the domain to access your account.
If you are facing the problem regularly then try the following steps.
Go to the website below
https://grabaperch.com/
Then login with your account.
Go to your name where your license is located.
Then you need to complete the form with testing domains that suits your location where you have installed perch.
Thank you.
The license key for the domain is invalid
The full error reads “Sorry, your license key isn’t valid for this domain. Log into your Perch account”. If you encounter this error on Perch 2, you need to install the update to fix the problem. You can download the last version of Perch 2 from your account. Go to Perch Account and log in to your account.
This update is recommended for all users because it patches a security issue found in the third-party library utilized by Perch itself as well as many other similar PHP applications for sending email from your web server. The update fixes the following vulnerabilities:
- Fixes a warning message issued under PHP 7.1
- Security: Updates PHPMailer to version 5.2.21
The update only fixes the vulnerabilities found but doesn’t add new features. Note: before updating, make sure to back up your files and database. To install the update, unzip or unpack the download and replace the existing “perch/core” folder with the new “perch/core” folder or move the old folder to a temporary folder. Perch should update itself automatically when you log in.
