Saving folders to be transferred to the operating system

Is the position of saving folders to be transferred to the operating system, for example in "My Documents", just as in Outlook Express, Tools> Options> Maintenance> Store Folder> Store Location?

Saving folders to be transferred to the operating system

In order to save the folders of your outlook to the computer you need to export them and for that follow the following steps:

click on file

click on import and export

click export to file.

create a personal folder type, it will be stated as an extension like pst.

click the folder you want to export.

browse to select the .pst file that you want to be exported. otherwise type the pathname where you want to save your file or folder to be backed up later on.

click ok.
