Freeware that will convert vector to ttf

Hello Guys,

I am searching for a graphical conversion software. Is there any freeware that will convert vector to ttf in batch conversion method. I don’t have any graphical softwares, so please do the needful for suggesting me a freeware with less space consumption that will do the work.
