Hi Experts,

My 1Password data directory has encountered a problem. Have a look at the message below.

 

Does it mean any changing of my dropbox?

 

Have you any idea for the Mac Application Store to get a remedy of this issue?

 

Please help.

My 1Password data directory has encountered a problem

Hi,

Those keys that are missing are the encryption keys in your data, small files that remain all your secret data secure. You'll obtain this error if the encryption keys are missing for one cause or another. This occurs for a number of reasons. Fortunately, here are safety nets in situate that may help out you recover.

• Modify Your Master Password.
• Return From Earlier Backup.
• Restore Encryption Keys On Dropbox.
