Hi,

The problem is with my Visio 2010. I received the message and did not understand it. What does it mean?

If you have any idea about the problem please help me.

The problem is with my Visio 2010

Hello Donal,

It appears like you are trying to open the program when it is already being executed. Or if you have not opened the program, its process may be active in the task manager and therefore you will need to close it.

• Press Ctrl + Alt + Del on your keyboard, and then click Start Task Manager.
• After that go to process, and then select the Visio 2010 process.
• Click on "End Process" to close it.
