The new Iphone 5 is the latest upgrade from the earlier Iphone 45. The Iphone 5 works on the 4G connection that’s not yet available in most countries. In the U.K it works on their new EE network. Will the prices of the Iphone 5 be reduced in different countries considering that its prices are unlikely to be discounted in the next 12 months following its launch?

Yes Iphone 5 has different prices in different countries for example. USA's AT&T & Verizon sells iphone 5 around $299.99 along with the subscription to them, while in the most southeast asian countries Iphone 5 sells around $1100.00 which if you look is a lot more expensive than it US's counterpart, the cause of it is because of the tax that was given to that model of iphone.

The prices of iphone 5 price can vary from expensive to affordable depending on the place and the policy of the country on electronic gadgets.
