Windows Server 2003 SP2 delays than the Domain controller.
My Windows Server 2003 SP2 is 10 seconds late than the Domain controller. I have tried restarting the Windows Time service. But it didn’t help. How can I resolve the issue?

Your domain server located in the time zone of your computer. It means your domain server 10 seconds faster than your Windows Server 2003 service pack 2 of your computer. So, if you want to adjust this time zone in your computer then you have to go in the selected function of your computer:
Right side on the bottom of your computer monitor, time location.
Double click in time
Adjust this time same to your server time
Click “apply’
Done…
Not only your domain time can access your computer time but also those software which have limited prior of usage also access by this computer time zone.
