Can Mac Diary desktop software record in HD?

Hello.  I just purchased a new iMac with OSx Mountain Lion.  I installed the Mac Diary desktop software for video recording my everyday life.  I noticed that it saves the videos in the standard H.264 MPEG format.  Is there an option where I can record it in HD?

Can Mac Diary desktop software record in HD?

Hi Dorothy. You can use various applications to change the standard format in your iMac. You can use either of these two Adobe Premiere or Sony Vega Pro 9 for your iMac. There are procedures or steps on how to use it. I hope this will be beneficial to your query.
