Tansee iPhone Transfer black screen error

I just installed the Tansee iPhone Transfer software on my Windows 7 desktop For transferring SMS messages from my phone to my PC.  Why does the program show a black screen when launched?  I have the iPhone 5 with iOS.  Thanks in advance.

Tansee iPhone Transfer black screen error

Hi Eckel. Make sure that your personal computer is free from any virus that can cause your windows to have a glitch. Also make sure your iTunes is updated to the latest version because sometimes outdated versions of iTunes can cause your application to not work. Try to uninstall transee software and make a new and fresh installation. See to it that your transee application is updated. I hope thisinformation helps.
