How to take screenshots in Sony Xperia U

Recently, I bought my new Sony Xperia U (ST25i), the problem started when I have to take screenshots on my phone, but I can't do it. I checked online, but the ways they give didn't work with my phone. So I want someone to suggest an Android 4.0.1 software which allows to take screenshots when I am browsing.

And also if you can give me a link (from Play store or where ever you find it).

How to take screenshots in Sony Xperia U

Hello Bayonjoset,

Sony Xperia U is an android phone and most android phones if not all have the same way of taking a screen shot. To do that press and hold the power button plus the volume down button for two seconds when the screen has the picture you want to get, and there is your screen shot.

Then you will be able to find the picture in your gallery.

How to take screenshots in Sony Xperia U

Hello Bayonjoset,

You had a good choice on Sony Xperia U. You may experience all its features and exploring new things on it. One of the things you may explore is taking the screenshot. You’ll have to do is to follow these steps:
1.    Get your Sony Xperia U and go to the screen you wish to capture.
2.    Press  the power and volume down button (placed on the right side) and hold it together.

3. You will hear a sound and see a notification that you have captured the screen.

4. You can now view the captured screen to your Albums or just click the notification.

How to take screenshots in Sony Xperia U

Volume Down + Power/lock key will take a screenshot.

The image is saved to / SD card/Pictures/Screenshots.
