Hello,

This question of mine is ironic because this is all about how to create report to provide more information about my questions.

I have been notified by various forums to provide as much as information as possible so that they can clearly understand my problem.

I guess the best solution for this is to use cam studio oss desktop recorder where I can create a video of the activity on my desktop so I can easily show the errors and problems in my PC.

The question is, where can I get the software?

Hi,

You can get cam studio from their official website www.camstudio.org for windows xp/vista/7 installation is pretty straight forward and using it is as simple as running it then selecting the window to record or record the entire desktop.

The file size varies and may take up a lot of space depending on how long you will record your desktop.

The best cam studio oss desktop recorder

I get most of my softwares from sourceforge .

Get your CamStudio here for free its a 3.1Mb file so I guess it won’t take long to download.

It can record all screen and audio activity on your computer and also create video tutorials.

It can also convert  Avi to Flash.
