Date Time not recognized by Holdem Manager

I have downloaded this application /  software called Holdem Manager Version 1.12.10b. While I was accessing the system there happens to be an error which says: “An error occurred when retrieving the player list: String was not recognized as a valid Data Time.” I really don’t get this message. I have inputted the right values. So what seems to be the problem? Is this a software problem or is it my system? Thanks.

Date Time not recognized by Holdem Manager

It's you ran into this problem as soon while using Holdem Manager (HEM). Make sure that regional settings are set to standard English or US English. If it is and the problem persists, check the poker client lobby if it was installed English, otherwise change language or re-install it. You may also want to check if you are using the default Time/Date format if Windows.
