Problems with signing in Windows Live

I am using Apple iPhone 4, and I Downloaded The Windows Live app, whenever I try to login using my Windows Live ID, it crashes, I tried many times. My ID is in @live.com, I don't know if this is because of that. My OS is 4.3.1. Help me with this issue.

Problems with signing in Windows Live

It's unfortunate that Windows Live crashes all the time. I've been reading forums about this, and it seems it does not only affect Windows Live, but practically any apps. For some, it's even worse. In any case, a good rule of thumb when running into crashing apps, is a good old reboot. Uninstalling and re-installing the problem app can sometimes help. If all else fail, upgrading iOS can be a last resort.

Problems with signing in Windows Live

Hi Cody,

Possible reasons generally are:

1) Low memory : As some application running in background fetch lots of memory wont allow new applications to run and causing application crash or slow down

2) Plugin corrupted : Reinstall the app and try again.

3) Supported OS : This could not be the reason in your case.

If other apps and messengers are installing and running fine, then the problem is in the application. May be it is not properly installed or supporting version required.
