Log files importing error in GPS Image Tracker

Hi,

I have installed GPS Image Tracker on my computer and when I open the GPS Image Tracker Software bundled with the Sony GPS-CS1KA. I get the following error when I click on “Import Log Files” to import the files from the device to my computer.

 

 

GPS Image Tracker:

No log files have been imported.

To apply GPS information to pictures, you must import at least one log file.

For instructions on using this program, refer to its Help file.

Please suggest me to resolve this problem.

Log files importing error in GPS Image Tracker

Hi Walter,

                You must check if the GPS Image tracker is updated, the problem may arise if the GPS Image Tracker is not in its latest version. You can check on this link for the updated version. You can also try repairing the software as well and check the location of the files if they are all on your local drive.
