Exchange 2007 does not allow one to send a file larger

Hi all!

At my work place our Local area Network mail service provider is exchange 2007. My supervisor wants to send an email to a different organization but she is not able to.

This could be so for the simple reason that exchange 2007 does not allow one to send a file larger than 20MB.

I altered the delivery message size in her mail settings but still it did not change.

What else should I do?

Exchange 2007 does not allow one to send a file larger

The size limitation is configured and controlled by the system Administrator which can not be changed by the clients.

The problem can be solved through WinRar.

• Install the WinRar Application .it is a very small program can be downloaded free from internet.
• convert the file you want to send in a RAR file and Split into parts to minimize the size
• Right Click on the file which you want to send
• Click on Add to Archive option
• this dialog box will open 
• and add enter Size e.g you have a 40 Mb file .you need to enter 20M to get 20Mb size files in parts.
• 
• Now you can send one by one file
