I have some photos to be edited for the book cover of an ebook which is to be launched next month. How do I edit these photos using visual basic? Can you suggest any tutorial videos?

I would suggest you to try and look up for video tutorials on how to make a paint program using visual basic on YouTube. The procedure is easy, first, you have to go to the link youtube.com and then search for the following keywords: "make paint program visual basic". A list of video tutorial must be presented unto you.
