Failed to connect to remote VM

Hi,

I am just trying to connect to remote Virtual Machine because I get the following error message every time when I try to launch Sandbox sourcing 9r1. I am unable to resolve this problem so I need your assistance to fix this issue ASAP. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Problem Occurred

‘Launching Sandbox sourcing 9r1’ has encountered a problem.

Failed to connect to remote VM. Connection refused.

Failed to connect to remote VM

The following errors occurs due too 2 reasons the first being that it has become corrupted. The second being that the current application is opened in other environment. VMware generally issues when the VMware application is not running or cannot identity the ID of the process.

I would request you to please start the VMware application before launching this application and see that no other process is using or updating sandbox.
