I am working with Windows 2008 and whenever I try to Sign Up I receive the following error message. Can anyone help me sort out the problem?

The problem is showing and the picture is also showing that there is some sort of problem in your software. Your software is not working properly and that is why it is not log-in. You need to install the software again or you have to install the change in the version of the software. Hope in this way your solution will solve. Or also you need to check in the files options is there anything which is not selecting yes or something which is not working. Else you need to install the software or check in the setting if anything is unchecking or something else.
