Is it really possible for someone else apart from the organizer of that event, to access and view all responses to a certain Outlook calendar event you forwarded?
The reason I am asking this is because I have forwarded a certain event to a number of people and I am really anxious to know their responses and comments.
Does anyone have an opinion on this?
How can i know the responses to invitations sent from Outlook?
It contains the following easy steps to find the solution
Select Calendar and then select New AppointmentÂ
Â
Â
Then go to Add Invites and then select option of Response Options. There will be two options
1. Request Responses
2. Allow New Time Proposals
by selecting option 1 you will receive invite response when you will send to invite.
Hope you will understand.

Hello Abraham,
Yes it is possible for someone to access and view the responses to an Outlook calendar event.
It can be done by assigning the calendar permissions.
Another way of accessing the responses if you have the delegate access. In this way you can view all the activities you need to monitor.
If the organizer has assigned Reviewer Access to the event calendar then any one apart from the organizer can view the details and responses. Â
If the organizer wants that someone else can view the calendar events this can be done by assigning the editor access.
Thanks
