Office error with Visual Studio 2012 RC

Hello,

I have recently installed Office 15 public preview alongside Visual Studio 2012 RC. I received the following error message and can’t fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

devenv.exe–Entry Point Not Found

The procedure entry point_Atomic_fetch_sub_4 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:/Program Files(x86)/Microsoft Visual Studio 11.0/Common7/IDE/devenv.exe.

Office error with Visual Studio 2012 RC

Hi Robert,

                This issue often is caused by installing Office Beta version, it can cause compatibility issue. There are suggestions that you need to install a certain hot fix you can click the link here to access the hot fix. This is an update that was released way back July 2012 that is set to test the servicing part of Visual Studio.
