Microsoft Word – Template Download Error

Hi experts,

When I tried to download templates in Word then I got the following error message. I checked all the following issues to fix this problem but still same problem appeared. I need your help to fix this issue.

Template Download Error

The template cannot be downloaded. To fix this problem, do the following:

*Make sure your computer is connected to the internet.

*Make sure your browser is not in office mode.

*Try download the template again later.

Microsoft Word – Template Download Error

Hi Paul,

                This issue often occurs when you are working on a domain, sometimes domain administrator disable template downloads through Office. This is sometimes a set up if your computer is on a corporate network. However there is a work around for this, if there are problems downloading the template from Word then you can download it directly from this link.
