ITunes error : Could not purchase “iTunes Match”

Hi experts,

 I am having trouble using iTunes, I am getting the following error message: Could not purchase “iTunes Match”.

An unknown error occurred (5002)

I tried many times to resolve this error by searching on internet but can’t find any solution.

I want to resolve this issue as soon as possible so any suggestion would be helpful.

ITunes error : Could not purchase “iTunes Match”

Hello Patricia

Here is how you purchase ITunes Match when this error (5002) shows up.

Login to store.apple.com with your Apple ID account via ITunes.

Click on Change account info and delete your credit card information.

Select none as payment and click Save.

Purchase ITunes Match and when prompted re-enter all your credit card information. ITunes will now work properly.
