Dear Carl,
The error you mentioned usually appears when any of the following files is either damaged or missing:
1-Â autoexec.nt
2-Â config.nt
3-Â command.com
Now you can easily remove the error by doing the following steps mentioned below:
1- Go to Start -> Run -> here type -> C: Windows repairÂ
2- Now hit the OK button
3- Here you will find some files. Locate the file name autoexec.nt and copy the fileÂ
4- Go to Start -> Run -> here type -> C: Windows System32 and paste the fileÂ
This will do it for you
Thanks
