Error when clicking kav6.0.0.300.msi please help

Hi experts

Now I am using kaspersky 5.0.676 and kaspersky antihacker 1.8.180 antivirus. I made uninstall kav 5.0.676 and closed antihacker; and all antispyware software’s such as spysweeper adware are forced to close.

But still I see this error message when I click kav6.0.0.300.msi.

I want to know about the problem, what process blocking this file means?

Please give me a solution.

Error when clicking kav6.0.0.300.msi please help

There might be few causes for this problem.

1. The installer package installed in your Windows is damaged. In other words, your PC might be infected with a kind of virus which was not detected by the Kaspersky and then it damaged the files on your computer and now it is not letting you execute the file. To repair your Windows installer go here.
2. There are certain issues while running the .msi file. There are some settings in windows that won't allow you to run .msi. You can try getting the exe file and then install it. The only difference is that the .msi is instant executed and need some key entries in the windows for its execution while the exe file contains the .msi file plus some other useful things needed for it to execute.
