Blackberry Desktop Software v5.0.1 Installation Error
Dear Rexwald montano,
It seems that Windows is not able to locate the required msi file. Try to install the software again with the following steps in mind:
1. Open the run dialog and type %temp% then press OK.
2. While keeping the Temp window open, try to install the Blackberry Desktop Software. In the "Preparing to install" window, you will see that it's extracting the msi file needed.
3. Go to the Temp window again, you will find a folder its name either contains CLSID or begins with WZSE in the bottom of the list. Open this folder to locate the msi file needed. Copy this file and paste it in any other location you prefer.
4. Continue with the installation and locate the found msi file.
Hope this may help you.
Best of luck.
