I get this error when I try to install Amazon downloader

Hi,

I get this error when I try to install Amazon downloader on my computer. Is the second dialog box supposed to come? I am getting desperate for the solution because I need to download some files that I need for work.

An error occurred

An unknown error occurred. Click ok to go to your game and software library and download the item again.

OK

Can anyone help?

Hi Joan D Vogt

There can be multiple possible cause which you can’t download an Amazon downloader
Internet connection has been interrupted
Antivirus and Firewall has blocked the download.

Internet connection
Sometimes your download will stop unexpectedly due to internet connection issues.
Try to fix your issues regarding to an internet connection and start download again.

Antivirus and Firewall
In certain times, some antivirus software’s can block your download from Amazon.
You have to add Amazon web address into an antivirus trusted list or allow downloads from Amazon.
Some times windows firewall can block your downloads and interrupt your work.
You have to disable firewall and then start your download again.
