Thumbshots Error – Unable To Grab Screenshot

Hi experts!

Recently I have faced the following error on all new submissions through the directory press.

Thumbshots Error – Unable To Grab Screenshot.

Primarily the Thumbshots run and looks fine but after a few times I get this image:

Error message "Unable to Get Screenshot".

This occurs with both submissions through front end – control panel. I don’t know about this error.

Please help.

Thumbshots Error – Unable To Grab Screenshot

Following are three solutions of Thumbshots Error – Unable To Grab Screenshot follows:-

1) Recently WordPress API had changed and you need a new API key to authenticate. You just update directory press plugin. And set API key setting.

 

The following screen shot:-

 

i) Enable premium press API.

II) CURL image storage enabled.

III) Thumbnail resize enable (recommended).

 

 

2) If image not generate and problem still showing you we need to re-generate thumbnail (Inner pages) for regenerating API, delete the image via FTP or WordPress. 

 

3) Please go to the 'thumbs' folder and deleted the websitename.jpg image and Reloaded your Website.
