Configure Schedule of Scanning time in OfficeScan

Hi everyone,

I am curious, is it possible to configure the schedule of the scanning time of the OfficeScan server on the Domain Managers? I want to change it to a schedule that is less exhausting for the system.

What do you, guys, think? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

    Yes, you can reconfigure your office scan for your main server. Most often you don’t need to run it every day because there are programs running in the background that catch malware, viruses, and spyware. It very simple to change the configuration in the office scan, here is how; first you need to log into the manager console, or main server.

You then go to networked computers, client management, select where you want to apply the new settings. Then you click on settings, and then scheduled scan settings.

Configure the time for it once a week (maybe on a weekend or at night when the computers are not in use).don’t for get to hit apply.
