How outlook 2010 filter rules search test? What is this all about filter rules and search test in outlook? Can you give me an over view about the purpose of outlook 2010 regarding search test so that I will be able to know the purpose and real work of the application. Any ideas and suggestions will do.

How outlook 2010 filter rules search test?

In outlook 2010 some filter rules are used. These are the rules that are used to facilitate you to categorize your received emails based on their senders or recipients and to move them to a specific folder in outlook. For example I receive an email from [email protected] I can create a folder named "Microsoft". And can create a rule to move it whenever an email is received from [email protected].

Any time an email is received from this email address will automatically move to your desired folder.
