Is it possible to remotely change computer name? If yes, then can you explain please that how to do it?

Is It Possible To Remotely Change Computer Name?

Yes, it is possible to change the name of a computer to which you have remote access, although I recommend taking sufficient permission of the owner, incase you are not the owner of the computer whose name you are changing, before reading further. First, it is imperative that you are logged in as administrator from your computer. Then, you should go to control panel(through the start menu) and click on system.

You will see a new window in which there will be option to add a new computer name. Enter the name and click save. See below picture for reference:
