How Can I Create A Form In Word 2010 From Atemplate?

I want to create a form in word 2010so that I can make the users fill up that form for details and store it directly to theword. Is there a way to do so?

How Can I Create A Form In Word 2010 From Atemplate?

To create a form in word you can follow the steps below

Step 1: From the file tab–>select new.

Step 2: Search any form in thetemplate and select the design you like.

Step 3: Click on the File tab and Select Save As from the tab and save it.

Now you can use the saved template any number of times.
