I want transfer my phone contacts to my IPad. Please let me know how to transfer contacts to IPad?

To transfer contacts between apple devices, best way is anytrans. You can download from the following website:

https://www.imobie.com/anytrans/download.html

It is a free trial but should be good enough for transferring contacts only. It looks like this: You need to launch the app and connect both devices (IPad and IPhone) to your computer. Click on contacts in the second row of icons. You will be able to preview all contacts. After selecting contacts, you need to click on the “to device” button. From the given devices, choose IPad. 

Alternatively, if you have an icloud account, you can just sync contacts with icloud on IPhone and then login with same account on IPad and sync it through settings.
