I want to replace many words in Excel and update them to a new version of words. I want to know how to replace words in Excel. Is there any quick way to change and replace the words in Excel?

How To Replace Words In Excel?

To replace words in Excel follow the given steps below. You can either replace words one by one or you can replace them all at once.

Step 1: Open Excel app and open the file that needs to be made changes.

Step 2: Press the Ctrl + H buttons and type the word to be found in the look for box

Step 3: Type the word to be replaced in the replace with box

Step 4: To replace all the words click on replace all button.

And if you want to replace one by one tap on replacing button.
